Ethics
Most businesses work incredibly ethically - but it is important for us to state our position.
We work from a basis of "no harm" - so in all our doings we wish to promote the well being of those we work with. That of course includes total honesty, fairness as well as pricing that is realistic, combined with a customer service that we hope will be unrivalled.
We rely on our honesty in all our dealings, and as far as is humanly possible work only with those who have a similar outlook - so that sense of trust can be gained from the whole company.
It also means that when we say we will do something - we will. If we make promises - we keep them - and if for any reason problems occur then we tell you exactly what is going on so you will know at all times what is happening.
We are also transparent about our charges - no hidden costs or penalties - and if you want to know how we reach our figures then all you need to do is ask.
In fact if there is any aspect of our work and business you wish to know about then simply ask us - we will do our best to answer!
